1. What is GYTS fiber optic cable?
- GYTS fiber optic cable is a type of outdoor, armored fiber optic cable.
- It is used for telecommunications that is suitable for duct, aerial, and direct burial installations.
- Its name indicates it is an outdoor cable (GY), with stranded loose tubes (T), and a corrugated steel tape armoring (S).
- The steel tape provides enhanced protection against mechanical stress, moisture, and rodents.

- Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber
- Specially designed compact structure is good at preventing loose tubes from shrinking
